Your massage is personalized to your unique musculoskeletal structure and to your presenting issues. Begin with a fresh cup of tea and settle in. We offer music to suit your taste. Our massage oil is all-natural organic food-grade coconut oil and the table is heated upon request. Fresh linens are always used and a warm towel is provided after your massage. We incorporate a range of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Sensory Repatterning, Polarity, Aromatherapy and Shiatsu.
