David Minicucci
When David began training for the Los Angeles Marathon in 2011, he discovered the power of Pilates. Incorporating these workouts into his regimen dramatically improved the mechanics and flexibility of his own body, which inspired him to embark on a new career and became a certified Pilates Instructor in the Classical Pilates Method. He soon completed his CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). In June 2018 David became a certified Romana Pilates instructor. As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, he was engaged in many hours of rehabilitation work with clients while working alongside a chiropractor. David continued his education, completing his CES (Correctional Exercise Specialist) certification with NASM to be able to help clients with injuries or muscular imbalances. He is also a certified Senior Fitness trainer. Seeing the significance and impact soft tissue work has on the body, he went on to complete 600 hours of study at IPSB (Institute of Balancing), becoming a Certified Massage Therapist and is licensed for massage both in California and Hawaii.
