Reformer groups are limited to 5 people. We adjust each class to the skill level of the group. Get the hands-on training you need with the benefits of community: motivation, accountability, fun! Progressions increase intensity for more advanced students in the group, allowing every group-member to achieve maximum benefit.

Cancellation Policy

Practically Private Sessions have a 12 hour cancelation policy Canceling or changing will result in a late cancel. Doors close 10 minutes after class start. Late comers will not be admitted and will result in a late cancel. Unlimited monthly members will be charges $20 for late cancel or no show
