Classical Pilates/ Strength Training
Pilates session are taught in the "Classical Pilates Method" by Romana Certified Pilates Instructor on Gratz equipment. Each session is designed with the clients needs, goal and skill level taken into consideration.
Strength Training sessions are designed much the same with a focus on correct form and proper progressions with Certified Personal Trainers.
Kettle Bells, Bosu Ball, Battle Ropes, Band work, CrossCore360, and other movement/mobility work is generally the direction of my work.
