Service Description

Sessions are designed with a focus on proper form and progressions to propel you toward your goals. All sessions are led by a Certified Personal Trainer. Tools we incorporate to make the most of your time in the studio include the precore cable machine, treadmill, free-weights, kettle bells, the Bosu ball, battle ropes, band-work and CrossCore 180.
