Begin with a fresh cup of tea and settle in. I use an all natural organic food grade CoConut oil, my table well padded, heated, and comfortable AF. Fresh linens are always used. Your Choice of Music. Warm towel after massage.
I am educated in and I incorporate a range of techniques into your massage. Including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Sensory Repatterining, Polarity, Aromatherapy and Shiatsu.
